The Telephone Exchange is a converted Edwardian Grade II listed former telephone exchange located in the flourishing residential neighbourhood of Hither Green on its borders with Lewisham and Blackheath. Each of the four vast loft apartments and the detached coach house has been individually conceived to create five exceptional, one-off properties.

Each apartment in the main building occupies its own floor, preserving the industrial quality of the interior with its wide spans, high ceilings and
robust expressed structure. Windows on all four sides flood the large open plan spaces with sunlight throughout the day.

The original roof lantern crowning the penthouse apartment has been repurposed to create a glazed pavilion with wrap-around roof terrace offering sweeping views of Hither Green, Blackheath and the City.

The lower apartments and coach house open up to private south facing gardens within walled courtyards around the base of the building.
